For those that wish to pursue further education in the field, additional training and waived supervision fee may be provided to support individuals who seek credentials under the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (i.e., RBT, BCaBA, BCBA certification). Past BIs who report a high level of job satisfaction and relevance regarding their education are often pursuing undergraduate or graduate level coursework in the field of Behaviour Analysis, Behaviour Science, Psychology, and Clinical Counselling. Some previous BIs have also gone on to pursue ECE or Social Work careers.

Applicants should be incredibly fun, energetic, outgoing, patient, and kind.
