The luggage clerk transports guests’ luggage and takes custody of it upon request. He/she escorts guests to their rooms and provides unambiguous information on hotel facilities and the operation of equipment. Furthermore, he/she parks guests’ cars and monitors unwanted visitors and alerts security if necessary.
