Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the cross-functional BGT (Brand Growth Team) for emerging markets, updating markets, and progressing on key projects
- Lead renovation projects including claims, recipe upgrades, redesigns, flavour strategy, sustainability
- Support the Ben’s Market Operations Manager with the creation of core portfolio toolkits.
- Monitor and analyse core portfolio performance to create the Core Portfolio strategy for Europe
- Manage all renovation projects through the QUEST process and work with the local markets to execute using the 10 to win process.
- Lead deployment day for the emerging markets and provide core portfolio content for the team.
- Support the Brand Director with the annual flywheel analysis and use the outputs to create the core portfolio strategy
