KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should have

Minimum of 1 year retail (preferably fashion) experience

• customer service skills
• the ability to work well with others
• patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• to be thorough and pay attention to detail
• sensitivity and understanding

• the ability to use your initiative

• • excellent verbal communication skills

In our Arnotts branch we are currently looking for a self-driven, customer service focused, sales assistant to be part of our team on full-time fully flexible position in men’s department. The role is of vital importance as it deals with our final consumers and must be carried out at the best and most efficient way.
Your main duties will be

Greeting and serving customers as they enter the floor

• Advising and assisting customers

• Closing sales

• • Supporting the manager on duties on daily tasks such as: maintain the standards of the shop floor and shoes on display
