Partner Solutions, located in Brighton, MI is hiring a full-time Benefit & Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist with a hybrid work schedule.

Partner Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our HR team and administer our employee benefits program and HRIS solutions. We have a remarkable opportunity for a detailed professional who is passionate and enthusiastic about working in a highly collaborative environment.
Partner Solutions located in Brighton, works with over 30 charter schools across the state of Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, is a lifelong learner, constantly growing and open to new ideas.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and updates
  • Process & verify the benefits in the HRIS system for employees
  • Management of employee personnel file compliance
  • Provide timely reports and audit information to multiple entities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Embrace technology & HR Database Knowledge
  • Experience with PrismHR is a plus
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas
