Responsibilities:

  • Processing all activities related to client benefits plans as set up while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements.
  • Keep track of inventory/make sure vendors have supplies
  • Coordinating sign installation with vendors
  • Communicating between vendors to agents and keeping track of signs.
  • Ensuring email and ticketing systems are updated and keeping notes in the ticketing system of completed tasks
  • Ordering cards, and communicating it was shipped, and keep tracking in sheets
  • Ordering digital business, signs, and headshots,
  • Answering emails regarding benefits, keeping track of their work,
  • Excellent in Google spreadsheets, and keeping everything updated.
  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent Data Entry, and excellent customer service experience
  • Experience in Google Spreadsheets a plus, and a problem solver
  • Work well under pressure, and ensure everything is communicated
  • Performs complex operational and transactional tasks required to administer company benefit programs, and provides prompt and accurate responses to agents.
  • People-Oriented: Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in team-oriented projects.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on providing accurate and thorough work to ensure client satisfaction.
