TION SUMMARY:The
Benefits Administrator manages the Company’s wellness and retirement programs to support the Company’s benefit initiatives. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Company through daily interpretation and administration of the Company’s benefits and company-sponsored programs regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements.   • liance with Federal and State laws, including but not limited to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), etc.Interprets a
  • administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).Prepares repor
  • and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and other regulatory agencies.Review and analy
  • changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits, and report necessary or suggest changes to management for consideration.Prepare census dat

  • evelopment and distribution of benefit materials for open enrollment process, including plan changes, system updates, and coordinates the implementation and roll-out of Wellness programs.Interprets benefit pol
