Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client in the Princeton area. This position is fully in office, Monday through Friday but can be either part-time or full-time depending on what you are looking for! In addition to requiring auditing/pre-tax experience, this position plays a key role in supporting the administration of benefits offerings and assisting employees with related processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year+ of experience in a similar role, with exposure to benefits administration.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Audit experience is a MUST / Pre-Tax contributions experience is a MUST
Provide support to employees with program enrollment, claims, and general inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to manage benefit-related documentation and maintain records accurately.
Assist in processing invoices and updating payroll with benefit changes.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
Support the team with special projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
