Description:

We are on the lookout for a Benefits Administrator based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This role will be integral to our team, with responsibilities extending to the administration of health, welfare, and 401(k) plans. The selected candidate will be expected to exercise their analytical prowess and strong Excel skills to perform their duties efficiently. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in processing, reviewing, and troubleshooting edit errors on vendor sites to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be responsible for the execution of plan funding for 401(k) and HSA plans.
  • Handle employee benefit inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Oversee benefit arrears, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
  • Utilize analytical capabilities to perform data comparisons, run reports, and support effective benefits administration.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with benefits administration systems, ideally UKG Pro, to manage and navigate the system effectively.
  • Address benefit inquiries and resolve issues by leveraging knowledge of regulatory landscapes and benefits mechanics.
  • Participate in open enrollment and audit activities, contributing to the smooth operation of these processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration or a related field is required.
  • Proficient in 401k - Administration.
  • Able to conduct Auditing tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrable experience in Benefit Functions.
  • Experience in Claim Administration is essential.
  • Must possess knowledge of Medical Benefits.
  • Proficiency in using UKG Pro software is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
