As a valued member of the Benefits and Pensions Team you will support the administration, delivery and implementation of UK and wider EMEA and APAC benefit plans (across 16 countries). You will work closely with the HR Service Centre, Payroll and wider Columbia Threadneedle Investments HR Team to offer a professional, accurate and responsive service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with strong administrative capability to join a dynamic, fast-paced function and gain experience across a full range of pension, insurance and wellbeing programmes in multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrable experience in a Benefits/Reward function or HR administration
- The ability to work collaboratively across the Human Resources and global Benefits team
- Enthusiastic, with a positive “can do” attitude and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Organised, efficient and able to work to deadlines
- Confidence & self-initiative to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
