Overview:
Supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR employee benefit programs at the corporate level.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR employee benefit programs at the corporate level.
- Analyzes HR problems and work with senior staff to recommend solutions based on expertise, knowledge and/or experience.
- Refers the most complex problems to senior line or HR management.
- Generally works under direct supervision and direction.
- Has basic knowledge in their assigned area and complete general tasks and analyses within established guidelines.
About you:
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree and minimum 1 year of experience.
- Prior HR Benefits experience a plus.
