Responsibilities:
- Compassionately administer benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.
- Regularly review and thoughtfully evaluate existing benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends.
- Cultivate and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members and external consultants to shape benefits strategy and compliance matters.
- Educate and empower employees by providing guidance to resolve complex benefits issues and inquiries
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications, training, and system updates.
- Ensure our benefits programs comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management regarding benefits program performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage in special projects related to benefits, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations, with a focus on employee experience.
