We are looking for a BENEFITS AND ONBOARDING SUPERVISOR talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS BUSINESS SERVICES team for our HUMAN RESOURCES department for SAN LUIS POTOSI, SLP, MEXICO.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration and people management.
  • People Leadership skills, Supervise a team of six direct reports.
  • Knowledge in Mexican Law (LFT, IRS and IMSS).
  • Familiarity with social security rules, taxes on remuneration, benefits, and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR systems; experience with SAP - ADP Global View is a plus.
  • Strong focus on HR process improvement with an innovative mindset and dedication to customer experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities:

In this position you will have an impact by:

  • Assist in designing and implementing employee benefit strategies, policies, and plans.
  • Lead the delivery of employee benefits plans, resolve issues, and address employee inquiries.
  • Manage benefit plans through third-party providers as needed.
  • Consult with HR teams on benefit program design and administration.
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to resolve service issues and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Research market trends and regulatory changes and summarize findings for management.
  • Review compliance with laws and regulations and propose necessary actions.
  • Develop communication materials for benefit enrollment and changes.
  • Audit plan participation in the HR system and facilitate resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for LATAM.
