A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

The Total Reward Process Lead will be responsible for working alongside our system implementation partner to bring one of our UK business units, that was previously excluded, onto Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will need to work closely with the system implementation partner, the existing programme team and the business unit to evaluate the standardised, best practice global business processes we have designed and implemented and understand where any localisations need to occur for regulatory and legal purposes. The scope of this role includes all elements of compensation & benefits. As the Total Rewards Process Owner, you will work closely with the Change Management Team to document any role/skills gaps that need to be bridged, ensuring sustainable change.
The Total Rewards Process Lead will be responsible for signing off on the process design (with support from the Head of People Experience Hub and Reward CoE); support system configuration walk throughs; support data migration efforts; lead testing completion and support stakeholder management activities both within the People Team and with wider stakeholders.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Provide global leadership, direction and oversight for the Core HR processes in scope based on best practice and professional experience.
· Ensures that an excellent employee experience is at the forefront everyone’s mind during global process design.
· Accountable for assuring adoption of pre-designed global processes, with variance only for legal or regulatory reasons.
· Maintenance and prioritisation of the workstream plan and governance with the support of the Project Manager.
· Works collaboratively with other People Transformation team members, Technology and external partners to ensure on-time, high quality project delivery
· Lead and motivate SMEs through the project lifecycle .
· Ensure that updates to standard operating procedures are processed ahead of go-live.
