We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and fun environment for children and families. We are looking for a Corporate Benefits Specialist to join our West Covina team and support the management and administration of employee benefits across our corporate office and locations.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. This position will also provide support to employees regarding benefit inquiries, ensuring smooth enrollment, and handling benefits-related documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing high volumes of work, and able to effectively communicate with employees and insurance providers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in benefits administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Process benefits-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to provide clear communication to employees about their benefits options.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues related to claims or coverage.
- Maintain organized records of employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and adjustments.
- Manage annual open enrollment, including employee communication, assistance, and system updates.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable benefits regulations and laws.
- Support the billing and reconciliation of benefit plans.
