Responsibilities:
As a Benefits Specialist, your role is to provide outstanding client service while efficiently managing the administration and servicing of a designated block of direct clients. This position is a hybrid role based in Surrey, BC or Barrie ON. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and managing the overall satisfaction of the client base. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
