Remuneration: $36.04 - $57.58 per hour + Annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and providing specialist bereavement counselling services and supporting family members and carers of deceased patients within the SLHD. In addition, the position will provide education to staff and students as necessary, facilitate and organise the biannual Remembrance Services, and participate in ongoing quality assurance projects as required.
This role requires to work across Sydney Local Health District.
