WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Bespoke Consultant & Coordinator at our Hackett Savile Row Store to create a memorable brand experience for our customers. The Bespoke Coordinator will assist the Store Manager and will be responsible for carrying out an accurate record of all orders and production.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Customer experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values. Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail.
- Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
- Shop operations: Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the Store, Oversea all the production timelines…
- Bespoke: Work closely with the Head of Tailoring in different strategic projects for the brand. Report to the Head of Tailoring any matter regarding the bespoke department.
- Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- English speaker, other languages would be a plus.
- Experience in retail logistics and operations
- Experience in managing bespoke customer database’s
- Experience in client management and clienteling
- Strong team player and commercial mindset.
- Amazing communications skills.
- Helpful and kind person, great attitude, enthusiastic, and able to connect with customers.
