REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, with expertise in bubble tea preparation.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage products, including syrups, purees, coffee, and bubble tea.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great references from previous employers or clients.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Barista with sales expertise, specializing in bubble tea preparation, who will be responsible for beverage preparation, training, product development, and driving sales. This role includes marketing and promoting products from our beverage division, such as bubble tea ingredients, water, syrups, purees, coffee, and more, to customers like restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
This is a commission-based sales role, with commissions paid annually upon achieving sales targets for the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and demonstrate a variety of beverages, with a focus on bubble tea, to customers.
  • Train customers and staff in beverage preparation techniques.
  • Develop innovative bubble tea recipes and assist with product development.
  • Market and promote products to new and existing clients in the foodservice sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and upsell products across categories.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets to qualify for commission payouts.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in beverages, especially bubble tea.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
