Description:
Overview:
The Revenue Growth Manager for Beverages will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability across Beverage categories, including Carbonated Soft Drinks, Ice Tea, and Energy, in the DACH region. This role will focus on formulating and executing Pricing, Mix, Promo Management, and Trade Terms strategies to achieve revenue targets in alignment with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue growth targets achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve net revenue targets for Beverages in DACH, aligned with the annual operating plan and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including General Management, Finance, Sales, Demand Acceleration (Trade Marketing), and Marketing, to meet revenue goals.
- Price tier strategy: Establish and refine a comprehensive price tier strategy that supports brand innovation and growth, ensuring it aligns with net revenue objectives and brand-building goals.
- Pack price strategy: Design and adapt pack price strategies that balance company objectives with consumer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends.
- Category management collaboration: Work with Category teams to optimize pack price architecture, support successful product launches, and enhance performance through continuous category insights.
- Revenue Management guidelines: Develop and implement revenue management guidelines for Sales and Commercial Finance, promoting unified and consistent execution.
- Strategic projects leadership: Lead strategic revenue growth initiatives, including promo and trade terms optimization, go-to-market strategy, and competitor benchmarking, to drive sustainable profitability and strengthen market position.
- Cross-functional learning agenda: Create and oversee a Revenue Management learning agenda in partnership with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and organizational learning.
- Digital transformation partnership: Collaborate with Strategy and Transformation teams to implement advanced analytics tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across revenue management activities.
- Industry insights: Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends to deliver actionable insights on competitive activity, guiding strategic planning and response.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Revenue Growth Management, with a strong track record in strategy development and execution.
- Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate across functions, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: Skilled at analyzing complex data and translating insights into actionable, high-impact strategies.
- Strong communication skills: Exceptional communicator with the ability to craft persuasive presentations and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
