BEYOND THE BELL (BTB) EDUCATOR

Location: Missisaugas of the Credit First Nation (Hagersville, Ontario)
Position Type: Part-time fixed-term contract
Hourly Rate: $18.71/hour with eligibility for a $1.50 per hour premium for hours worked in direct
program delivery at the Missisaugas of the Credit First Nation BTB program locations.
Position Description:
The Beyond the Bell Educator reports directly to the Manager of Beyond the Bell (BTB) and
Indigenous Partnerships. This position is responsible for the supervision of children, creating and
facilitating the delivery of safe, age-appropriate programming in an after-school program. The
Educator is dedicated to improving children’s academic competencies, values and physical well-
being. The Beyond the Bell Educator will work as part of a team that will empower students aged
6-11 to reach their full potential by building capacity to engage and success in their education.
