Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting for a motivated team member to join our BI team as a Business Intelligence Developer within our Head Office, Beeston Leeds.
Business intelligence is a rapidly expanding area for Harrison Spinks, the role will continue to evolve and grow with the company. There is plenty of scope to challenge new and existing business processes and strengthen how we deliver information across the company. Full training will be provided giving you the opportunity to expand your skillset within a supportive environment.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop, maintain and manage new and existing reporting solutions, alongside a team of IT specialists.
  • Excellent communication with a variety of end users to understand their requirements and fulfil requests that fit within our BI strategy.
  • Assist in the maintenance, and smooth running of a hybrid on-prem and cloud-based data warehouse.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights using data.
  • Assist with new project planning in D365 / Power Platform areas.
  • Support both BI and Applications, assess user requests and provide company aligned solutions.
  • Support company process improvements to enhance data quality.
  • Design dashboards and visualisations, with a strong UX design.
  • Analyse, solve and correct issues with a keen eye for detail to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to the documentation and end user training plans for new and existing BI and reporting systems.
  • Provide training where required to strengthen the usability of our reports.
