We’re expanding and looking for two talented BI Developers to join our team. Be part of a fast-growing team central to our European strategy, supporting key areas like Contract Logistics, International Freight Forwarding, as well as other business operations.
As a BI Developer, you’ll work with leading technology, delivering data-driven projects that improve decision-making across the business. You’ll shape and manage a portfolio of analytics projects, creating insightful Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Data & Analysis: Analyse data and create insightful dashboards to guide business decisions. Manage data modelling, ETL, and cleansing activities while supporting stakeholders’ reporting needs.
Training & Support: Provide training on solutions and assist with fixing data integrity issues.
Project Management: Lead data and analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the wider BI team to share knowledge and improve processes.
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience), with the flexibility to work remotely.

Your Skills & Experience:
Power BI expertise is essential.
Strong experience in data analytics, modelling, ETL, and working with relational databases.
Alteryx, Databricks, SQL or Supply Chain/Logistics experience is a plus.
A Power BI qualification is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and learn new systems quickly.
