At Novon - Data is Beautiful. We are currently looking for a BI Engineer to join our team and support us in delivering projects that align to our focus areas of Data Advisory, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Science and Analytics, Data Migration and Data Integration

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large team of BI consultants where you can share your knowledge and learn and grow from working with the team of experts around you. The successful Analyst Programmer will be a passionate Power BI developer with an excellent level of proficiency in working in front end visualization.
Key Requirements
The right person will be able to Advise and implementing best practice and build of new dashboards and reports on cloud.
Providing advice on the latest AI features and Power BI Visualizations.
Creating dashboards, reports and apps and to best utilize the latest AI features and PowerBI visualizations working with DAX,
Carried out enterprise architecture review of existing Power BI implementation.
Designed solution architecture for workspace security, row level security and user groups using MS O365 security groups.
Provided recommendations, designed and tested enhancements to optimize dataset performance to reduce load time and sizing.
Advised on Premium enterprise licensing and limitations, provided recommendations for best practice.
Created dashboards, reports and apps, to best utilize the latest AI features and PowerBI visualizations
Wrote DAX for custom dimensions and measures, modelled data using Power Query and created new PowerBI Dataflows
