HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Gmail.
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive), and Adobe Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to promote and support business initiatives, ensuring annual outside call objectives are met.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders using our internal software system and IRMN systems based on customer requests via phone, fax, mail, and email.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our internal software and Customer Resource Management (CRM) program.
  • Inform management of current market trends and customer-specific insights.
  • Ensure all contract pricing is accurate and updated with managerial approval.
  • Provide timely updates for customers with special sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Attend relevant trade events to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues with tasks aligned with company objectives.
