HOW TO SUCCEED
We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Gmail.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive), and Adobe Suite is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to promote and support business initiatives, ensuring annual outside call objectives are met.
- Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process orders using our internal software system and IRMN systems based on customer requests via phone, fax, mail, and email.
- Update and maintain customer information in our internal software and Customer Resource Management (CRM) program.
- Inform management of current market trends and customer-specific insights.
- Ensure all contract pricing is accurate and updated with managerial approval.
- Provide timely updates for customers with special sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Attend relevant trade events to represent the company and build relationships.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues with tasks aligned with company objectives.
