Description:

EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Cycling Knowledge: Strong familiarity with bicycles and components is a must.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and German, written and verbal.
  • Location: Candidates must already be based in Munich or nearby—remote applications will not be considered.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, ideally in an online setting, with problem-solving skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for cycling and our products.
