Description:
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Cycling Knowledge: Strong familiarity with bicycles and components is a must.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and German, written and verbal.
- Location: Candidates must already be based in Munich or nearby—remote applications will not be considered.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, ideally in an online setting, with problem-solving skills and CRM proficiency.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for cycling and our products.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.

- Order Management: Support customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
