Responsibilities:

We have an exciting new role as a Bid Executive to join our busy Client Development team sitting within the Marketing department on a full time basis.
This role will be supporting the business by assisting with the smooth running of the tendering process. You will be responsible for keeping materials and resources up to date, circulating relevant information and assisting with the production of bids to support fee earners’ business development activity and drive business growth.
Supporting the Senior Bid Manager in responding to Invitation to Tenders and developing client proposal documents, the Bid Executive will use bidding best practice and creative skills to create a compelling customer facing document that clearly displays our value proposition, insight into the legal issues, experience and benefits of working with Ashfords.
There is scope for this role to be based out of our Bristol or Exeter office.
