Description:
BID MANAGER
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Sales and Bid Management Specialist to support our sales team in identifying and validating business opportunities, as well as creating proposals and use cases. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and experience in project or pre-sales management. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Portuguese is desirable but not exclusive. Knowledge of Salesforce or other similar tools is a plus.

Experience in project management or pre-sales.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the Pre-Sales Process:
Manage Rate Cards and design pricing pyramids.
Identify talent in the market in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Validate opportunities with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team in North America (NA), Latin America (LATAM) and Europe.
Support in Bid Management:
Create proposals and coordinate with Engineering and Practice leaders in LATAM.
Collaborate with LATAM Delivery leaders to ensure consistency and feasibility of bids.
Use Case Creation:
Develop use cases with the support of the global Research & Development (ER&D) team for use in pre-sales and bid management processes.
Business Review Leadership:
Lead and prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior management, presenting detailed analysis and recommendations.
Sales Reporting:
Create reports on sales opportunities, status of each opportunity and identification of key elements to win.
Participate in Customer Presentations:
Participate in client presentations, with availability to travel and obtain a VISA for USA if required.
