Description:
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire bid management process for private sector clients, ensuring each proposal is tailored to their specific needs. You will take ownership of developing high-quality, competitive bids from strategy to submission, reflecting our company’s strengths in customer experience management, digital transformation, and offshore service delivery.
Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will gather all necessary information to craft comprehensive solutions that meet client objectives. Your role will involve managing timelines, overseeing content development, and ensuring every submission aligns with both client requirements and internal standards. With a focus on the South African private sector and international markets such as the UK, you will incorporate our Cape Town-based offshore capabilities into bids, emphasising our expertise in digital services and cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the bid process, driving continuous improvement across all bid-related activities.
