Job Description
WHAT SKILLS AND BACKGROUND WILL YOU LIKELY HAVE?
- Time served in similar role OR a masters degree in engineering
- Solid relevant experience in sales and commercial positions
- Bid/Proposal Management experience in international industrial and municipal B2B transactions, ideally with a heavy technology or services component.
- Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry and its relevant technologies (MBR, UF, EDR, RO, ZLD)
- Knowledge of international contracting practices in industrial and municipal transactions
- Fluent in English and able to present complex cases with ease in English
- Availability to travel on business as required
- Good business acumen and executive presence
- Ability to multi-task and deliver results against demanding customer-driven deadlines.Proactive, action oriented and used to working against financial targets

Responsibilities:
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?
As our Bid Manager, you will be developing large and complex proposals.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing opportunities from qualification through to contract award. You will be involved in value proposition, strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification and risk management.
