Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility.
Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report directly to Isabelle Caron – Site Managing Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
You will manage the extensive a portfolio of proposals and projects (at the project or subsystem level) of the site through a team responsible for (quality, cost, delivery, and performance) tendering and project delivery, being also regularly the deputy for the site managing director. Work closely with all contributing functions and interfaces and be responsible for implementing the tender/bids & projects processes at the location, managing various project management disciplines where relevant (such as documentation, configuration control).

- Good Communications and interpersonal skills, with an excellent attitude, influencing decisions
- Deep knowledge of rail business industry would be a plus
- Strong experience in leading a project/s and/or bid/s management.
- Previous transversal and/or international assignment in a leadership role, with openness to travel often for different Alsom projects or assignments.
