The Bradford Institute for Health Research (BIHR) is part of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is a centre of excellence in delivering high quality applied and clinical research that improves lives not only for the Bradford population but nationally and beyond. It accommodates many clinical and non-clinical research teams including National Institute for Health Research infrastructure and centres, a clinical research facility with a number of research outpatient rooms, informal and formal meeting rooms/ spaces, and has recently been extended to create a new reception and waiting area for research participants/ patients and visitors.

Applicants must possess excellent computer, keyboard and administrative skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise own workload and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must have had previous experience of working in an administrative role and co-ordinating the work of a unit/ department as well as experience in a customer contact role. The successful candidate will have a friendly and professional manner, be enthusiastic and self-motivated adopting a flexible approach to work.
