Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution: Actively sell FMCG food products to grocery stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers across the UAE.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to secure shelf space and improve product placement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities and increase product distribution in new regions or underperforming accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our food products to customers, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Assist in training retail staff about product offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and volume goals through effective account management and promotion of our food product line.
  • Promotions & Displays: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop in-store promotions and ensure effective product displays to drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability, manage stock levels, and assist with timely deliveries to clients.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Address product complaints and help resolve them promptly.
  • Reports & Insights: Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and insights into customer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
