JOB SUMMARY

The Foodbuy bilingual Accounts Coordinator (Member Engagement Coordinator) is responsible for proactively driving member value while supporting the account management and sales teams. We’re seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. This role demands a data-driven individual who is confident in reaching members by phone and email, with excellent Excel proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and strong motivation to achieve results.

Conduct Effective Onboarding: Conduct thorough welcome calls with our independent street accounts to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your role is crucial in laying the foundation for long-term success by guiding members through our services and programs, ultimately fostering strong relationships from the outset.

  • Drive Member Success: Engage with members primarily by phone to confirm and maintain accurate information, including contact details, distributor information, and contract exclusions. You provide proactive support and assistance, and play a vital role in driving member success, helping them maximize the value of their membership. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the thorough implementation and integration of all new Foodbuy programs.
  • Enhance Member Experience: Maintain detailed client records in our CRM for streamlined tracking and proactive follow-up, ensuring timely support and fostering loyalty, solidifying Foodbuy’s position as their trusted industry partner.
  • Stay Informed and Proactive: Remain updated on program changes and industry trends to uncover new value creation opportunities for members. Your insights enable them to stay ahead, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Additionally, contribute to special projects and undertake assigned duties as needed.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Fluency in both English and French required.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field (degree or diploma).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
