Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $25.20 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
  • Open and set up client accounts
  • Follow up on transfers
  • Additional tasks include policy review, escalation management
  • Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • Bilingual - French & English
  • 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Savvy with technology and data
  • Experience in escalations and policy review

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, analytical and problem-solving skills
