JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Assistant Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage legal cases under U.S. jurisdiction, ensuring precise documentation and effective communication with clients and legal professionals. Your responsibilities include drafting legal documents, navigating court procedures, and conducting comprehensive legal research while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience in a legal setting, particularly with U.S. law firms, and proficiency in managing legal documentation.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, legal databases, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and an in-depth understanding of U.S. legal practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer legal cases under U.S. jurisdiction from a remote setting.
  • Maintain precise case documentation.
  • Liaise remotely with clients and legal professionals, providing bilingual support.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents and navigating court procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
