At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build, currently we are looking for a Campus Recruitment Consultant to help us grow. In this role, you will be part of the National Campus Recruitment team with a specific focus recruiting in the Greater Montreal Area (GMA).
Join our Campus Recruitment team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our co-op and new grad programs in tQuebec while contributing creative ideas that help us evolve our campus talent attraction strategy!

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop talent management strategies to enable a strong talent pipeline and ensure succession for critical roles
  • Foster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presence
  • Identify and coordinate participation in local university/college information sessions
  • Partner with the National Campus Recruitment lead to facilitate D&I initiatives such as targeted diversity events with a focus on women in tech, the Indigenous community and black student talent
  • Develop, implement, execute and measure the success of campus events
  • Ongoing analysis and refinement of CGI’s target schools to attract and hire top talent
  • Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus results
  • Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Utilize LinkedIn to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 1+ years of campus recruitment experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma with a specialization in HR
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
  • Ability to work in a close-knit team that collaborates to develop ongoing enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify and understand needs and address gaps
  • Experience using a variety of recruiting tools, including direct sourcing and e-recruiting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
  • Experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple partners
  • Collaboration, communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent command of the English/French languages both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
