- Bachelor’s degree in social work preferred or experience with low-income populations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, community resources is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to transport clients as needed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?
- Assist Case Managers with coordination and provision of appropriate resources to meet individualized client needs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Case Managers in efforts to provide the best Client Service possible.
- Be patient, empathetic and professional as the first point of contact with our agency.
- Provide clients support by answering questions and assisting client in identifying barriers to success.
- Remain informed about community resources, maintain current knowledge of practices and issues around poverty and family self-sufficiency and share with your team.
- Help your team apply a problem-solving framework that promotes steady client progress and meet required targets.
- Possess a high level of professionalism when dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
- Be passionate about providing the best service and experience to each client and partner.
- Incorporate the use of all available resources, drawing on Padua internal and external partnerships to help clients progress with a holistic service plan.
- Manage the process for SFA/SJHCT transactions by conducting inquiries, managing external providers, and gathering invoices.
- Must be willing to drive personal vehicle for job purposes such as gathering billing information, providing payment for approved client services, etc.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry to fulfill the needs of CCFW and the SFA and SJHCT grantors.
- Work directly with clients on a triad with two case managers.
- Participate in staff training and development.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to occasionally meet with clients after normal business hours.
- Assist clients connect with valuable resources by advocating with community partners and by providing transportation as needed.
