BILINGUAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST:

Flexiti is looking for a Bilingual Client Experience Specialist to join its Operations Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, you will fully immerse yourself into the world of Client experience and escalations. This role will work closely with reviewing and actioning all Google reviews, and social media escalations. We are looking for a very organized business-savvy individual looking to leverage their written and verbal communications and problem solving skills. Working closely with Operational and Contact Centre experts you will own the end to end media escalations processes.
You are client obsessed and are always thinking of our clients each step of the way, and enjoy commenting with clients on resolution pathing. Your attention to detail and clarity in written communications is second to none. You’ll bring a critical thinking skillset that helps you ensure that we are doing right by our clients, and that we are getting to the root of any escalations, while also bringing forth any potential business recommendations. You are comfortable with creation of slide decks and telling a story through data/graphs and client journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all incoming Google reviews and external social media channels for client comments and issues
  • Ensure ongoing success and value realization for the organization’s clients
  • Telling a story via data within Google insights, we want to hear what we are doing great and where we could benefit from improvement
  • Co-ordinate and deliver data insights
  • Advocate for new processes to elevate effectiveness
  • Reply to client experiences via emails and outbound calling (must be comfortable with client facing phone calls)
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in driving process optimization
  • Support various Operational activities as required
