Otis Elevator Company est à la recherche d’une personne très motivée pour combler un poste de gestionnaire des relations avec la clientèle (Bilingue). Cette personne sera responsable de la gestion des comptes pour tous les clients dans la zone géographique assignée (Region de Montreal).

Responsabilités

  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle, atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes et servir de conseiller technique auprès de la clientèle assignée.
  • Améliorer la satisfaction des clients.
  • Maintenir et au renouveller les contrats d’entretien en vigueur.
  • Améliorer le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité du territoire attribué.
  • Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les clients, afin de favoriser les renouvellements et de repérer les possibilités en matière de contrats de réparation.
  • Aider à résoudre les problèmes des clients en collaboration avec les services opérationnels, y compris le gestionnaire de projet et les superviseurs.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec l’équipe de vente de réparations et de développement commercial de la succursale, afin de saisir les opportunités de réparation et de développement commercial.

Études

  • Détenir un diplôme post-secondaire (Requis)

Expérience/compétences minimales

  • Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d’équipe.
  • Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale, tant en Français qu’en Anglais, afin de développer efficacement les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
  • Faire preuve de motivation et être capable de gérer plusieurs projets et responsabilités simultanés.
  • Être très à l’aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.
  • Avoir des qualités de chef, être axé(e) sur les résultats et posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l’organisation.

Expérience/compétences souhaitées

  • Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine de la vente serait un atout.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager (Bilingual) responsible for account management for all customers within the assigned geography ( Montreal area) .

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build, and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical sales consultant to customers in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for improving customer satisfaction
  • Retain and renew current maintenance agreements
  • Improve the top line sales and profitability of assigned territory
  • Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and identify repair opportunity
  • Assist with customer concern resolution along with Operations, including Service Project manger and Supervisors.
  • Partner with branch repair sales and business development sales team to repair and business development opportunities.

Education / Certifications

  • Post-secondary education required

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English to effectively develop relationships with internal and external customers
  • Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
