We are currently looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
This role will be responsible for maximizing recoveries while minimizing collection losses. Incumbent will be responsible for working with and monitoring the activities of Legal counsel, bailiff and other vendors in effort to recovery NCF security and establish repayment schedules with debtors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both verbal and written
  • University degree is preferred
  • Experience working in Collections OR Accounts Receivables
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and good comfort level adapting to new computer systems is required
  • Able to multi-task, good analytical skills and have an eye for detail and accuracy
