Description:

OBJECTIVE

The Bilingual Commercial Sales Administrator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers, gathering and entering their details into our broker management system and transferring the call to the appropriate broker. This is a Full-Time contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Speak with customers by phone and email and note their relevant details.
  • Process all leads and follow-ups promptly
  • Convey a willingness to help through positive and professional interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain understanding of internet lead and sales process
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable systems
  • Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system, using the applicable templates
  • Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards
  • Respond favorably to all coaching and training provided and make use of self-coaching tools where available
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
