YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Our People Advisory Consulting team is seeking an experienced Bilingual Compensation Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships, driving new business across various industries and sectors.
- Lead compensation engagements from initiation to completion, providing subject matter expertise to both clients and internal team members.
- Provide technical guidance on Quebec and Ontario pay equity, job analysis, job design, and job evaluation, assisting clients with pay equity system implementation.
- Review and design compensation structures, conduct market analysis, and create tailored salary benchmarks and pay philosophies.
- Manage Pay Equity filings and ensure compliance with legislation, including Bill 90 and salary declarations.
- Support the design and implementation of incentive plans and ongoing evaluation to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Your experience and education:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Due to the frequent and complex contact with our English-speaking partners and clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, and the need to draft documents in English, knowledge of English is essential for this position.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and pay equity across various industries, with expertise in total rewards, compensation structures, and job evaluation.
- Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) designation is an asset.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven business development experience and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients.
