Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive working environment.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, minimum 3 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will pay $2000 USD per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily classification / labeling activities of team members.
- Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest Policy Team updates
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback through Lattice at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure they have the necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy
- Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback
- Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, keeping in mind DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing).
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and making recommendations for team expansion.
