JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Creative Content Strategist skilled in developing content for concept-heavy website builds, where creativity, strategy, and flexibility are key. Working closely with our UX/UI design and development teams, you will craft user-centered content strategies that elevate our clients’ digital presence, with an emphasis on sales funnel optimization, conversion, and engaging user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in concept-heavy content strategy, particularly for website builds in US-based service industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and UX/UI principles.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and collaborative software such as Lucidchart, Miro, Whimsical, and Balsamiq.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to match unique site concepts and client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept-Focused Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for websites with heavy concept-driven builds, ensuring messaging aligns with creative site architectures and supports both user engagement and conversions.
  • Early Involvement in Concept and Design Phases: Collaborate from initial concept discussions and wireframe development, integrating content that aligns with UX/UI principles and strengthens the user journey.
  • Sales-Driven and Conversion-Focused Content: Create content that enhances lead generation, engages users, and effectively supports sales funnels for service-based businesses in the US market.
  • Collaboration and Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Lucidchart and Miro for mapping, brainstorming, and integrating concepts into flowcharts and site maps. Employ Whimsical or Balsamiq for wireframes, working closely with designers to build content that supports the website’s unique concept and layout.
  • SEO and Analytics Insight: Apply SEO best practices and monitor content performance metrics to refine and adapt strategies, maximizing reach and conversion.
  • Adaptable Content Development: Adjust content to fit evolving site concepts and designs, ensuring alignment with client goals, user engagement, and overall site functionality.
