QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Required: Minimum High School diploma.
• Years of Experience Required: <2 years.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• The ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of telephone systems.
• Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets.
• Must have atleast1 years of experience in Transport Company.

Responsibilities:

• Entering loads in the system, booking pickup and delivery appointments.
• Communicating with customers and people from Operations at Midland.
