QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with front-line customer interaction via telephone and email is considered an asset.
- Experience in the automotive, financial, or insurance sector is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred, but not required.
- Fluent in English and French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
- Ability to work a rotational Saturday/Statutory holiday is required.
- Successful completion of a credit, criminal, education background checks and employer reference and verification before employment is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist dealers in determining customer and vehicle eligibility for First Canadian products, generating certificates of coverage, and utilizing many of our online resources such as selling tools, calculators, and online training applications.
- Work closely with our field staff across Canada to provide industry-leading service and support to our dealer partners.
- Work with customers and dealers to complete exceptions, waivers, and transfers of coverage for creditor insurance policies.
- Assist our dealer partners in obtaining licenses required to sell certain products across Canada.
- Assist with ongoing development in our Online Resource Center, including contributing ideas, testing new developments, and troubleshooting issues as they may arise.
- Prepare dealer agreements and collect and process corporate documents.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and authorized dealers via phone and email.
- Other duties as required.
