The credit team plays an important and strategic role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as developing relationships with Ford/Lincoln dealers. Successful candidates will be able to work as a team to manage service levels and achieve common goals. The DSA role gives employees a broad understanding of the company’s plans and programs, as well as a sales and marketing mindset that prepares employees for future rotations within the company. Potential rotations include sales operations, marketing, wholesale, business development, and more (Including both remote work and hybrid location-dependent opportunities). NOTE: ALTHOUGH THIS IS A REMOTE BILINGUAL DEALER SERVICES ANALYST POSITION - THERE IS A REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THE TRAINING IN PERSON, LOCATED IN OAKVILLE, ONTARIO (MAY BE A MINIMUM OF 5 WEEKS). THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERIODICALLY ATTEND ON-SITE DURING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA.

  • Bilingual (French/English) required.
  • University/College Degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings (Monday to Friday up to 10:00 pm EST), some holidays, and some Saturdays (up to 8:00 pm EST).
  • Proficient PC skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Financial analysis experience.
  • Risk management, collections, and/or credit decisioning experience.
