Description:

Work Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia)
Work Type: Part-Time
Location: Colombia
Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Colombia Time)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, compelling reports and presentations.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, using insights to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
  • Lead the management and enhancement of website content and structure to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring all digital platforms align with our strategic goals.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content and the execution of campaigns, managing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts and enhance overall campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying innovative practices to keep our strategies ahead of industry curves.
  • Continuously improve our digital marketing approaches through rigorous A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine tactics and boost outcomes.
