Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Colombia Time)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, compelling reports and presentations.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, using insights to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
- Lead the management and enhancement of website content and structure to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring all digital platforms align with our strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and the execution of campaigns, managing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts and enhance overall campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying innovative practices to keep our strategies ahead of industry curves.
- Continuously improve our digital marketing approaches through rigorous A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine tactics and boost outcomes.
